TURKISH STRAITS
Agency Services rendered to ships passing the Turkish Straits involve all operational, financial, official, legal attendance on behalf of the ship and the owners, charterers and operators for their vessels to transit the Turkish Straits which are international waters with unconditional passage for commercial vessels.
In addition our service description is as well include any protecting agency attendance and husbandry services that may be required for the ship or the crew.
CREW CHANGE
Crew change consists of one of the crew members changing with the other. Turkish authorities should be notified by agent before crew changes at the straits. Crew change program must be carried out taking according to instruction of the minimum safe manning number of seafarers on board. In order to participate in the ship, sign-on crew members must be accompanied their seaman books, passports, maritime health certificates and flag endorsments together with them.For the sign-off crew members if need transit visa which can arrange by ourside fm immigration.
TICKETING
We organize travel tickets for the personnel who wish.

Hotel Accommodation adjustment is made according to the requested quality.
CASH DELIVERIES
Cash to Master, we arrange CTM in advance with fair rates (Bank Charges and Handling Charges), we also arrange denomination Exchange for vessels on special request.
FRESH WATER
Fresh Water Supply can be provided our ships in accordance to their request.
BUNKER SUPPLY
Bunker Supply can be provided our ships in accordance to their request.
LUBRICATION OIL
Lubrication Supply can be provided our ships in accordance to their request.
MOTORBOAT SERVICES
We offer 7/24 motorboat services for our ships at the Istanbul anchorage areas (Kartal, Istanbul, Buyukdere, Turkeli, Sivriada Island, Drifting Area) or during Transit Passages.
